Looping it back to the statement from Berkstresser, the Quarian deaths wouldn’t be considered a genocide, because the Quarian Fleet was the aggressor and the (now upgraded) Geth were reacting in self-defense. It’s just that their self-defense wipes out the Quarian Fleet, and Tali commits suicide in despair.

“Ok guys, I see my mistake, but I have the perfect replacement: R. Kelly!”

Add an hour to that - it was Paris to Dallas.

That’s what I don’t get. It took a few decades, but Fox News eventually gets around to firing Ailes and O’Reilly, even if it impacts their prime time lineup... yet Fox Nation feels that this guy I had never heard of until this article is so important that he isn’t fired but given his own show?

I don’t think so - you can appeal a judgment, and the defense can appeal an excessive punishment (such as 25 years for selling food without a permit). But, much like Brock Turner receiving little to no jail time for rape, I haven’t heard of prosecutors appealing a slap-on-the-wrist punishment.
