If by "search engine" you mean "giant fucking encyclopedia of knowledge" then sure. He has no internet connection, and doesn't ring in until he's confident in an answer. You don't think that parsing written english (with jeopardy style answers, none-the-less) is a huge achievement? What the hell would it take to

Just curious, but do you watch TV? Listen to music? Read a work of fiction? Run on a treadmill? None of those produce anything more useful than thrill seeking sports (which usually help to improve balance, strength, flexibility, etc), but I'm assuming you don't look down on them in the same snarky way, right? What's

I was going through my yearbook the other day, and in the back I found out that one of the girls that I used to give homework to (I was a nerd, she was hot) gave me her number. I was too much of an idiot to read through the notes people left me and therefore may have missed out on the greatest chance I would have ever

@screemname: "Remember this, he wrote this before he decided to complete killing himself. He tries to make out his life to be far worse then it was to justify his actions to himself. If he where to think about the good things in his life as hard as he did about the bad things he wouldn't have done this. "

It's actually experiences like this that further prevent me from actually talking to anybody about my depression. He was dealt a really shitty hand in life, and by comparison mine has been a cake walk. I don't really have anything to complain about (except loneliness at this point) yet I am still horribly depressed.

@Tyre: Does your (presumed) typo of too qualify as irony? I assume it is a typo because you actually get as irked by loose/lose as I do.

@thehouserules: But it was said like Sprint is the only one offering unlimited data plans, which simply isn't true.

@Moonshadow Kati: Weird, because I have Verizon and I also still have unlimited data. Actually, anybody with a smart phone can still choose to get unlimited data on Verizon. Imagine that.

The 55" Toshiba can be had on Amazon for $1,200 with free shipping

@Mr Quacker: Not everywhere, Boston has plenty of T lines above ground

@rock99rock: RAM is actually probably a little boring to see. The array of storage capacitors dominates the chip, and the rest is just a blur of control logic. It is pretty cool seeing the layout in CAD though, I'm always amazed when a project comes together.

@iPro: RTFA before commenting, it'll do you some good. All recurring alarms were entirely deactivated by the bug, they weren't pushed back an hour.

@Mr Quacker: Having a hard job does not excuse one from performing said job. I know being a UPS driver would not be a fun job, and it's not something I would want to do, but when the system doesn't work as it is expected or intended to work, that generally means somebody is not doing his or her job properly.

@superhappyfuntime: Because it's a mask and not makeup. I saw another picture somewhere that made it clear it was a mask (a very impressive mask).

@Glum Cunt: I worked for a company that gave beepers to all of the engineers (electrical, if you are curious) for some reason. It never made sense why I had to carry it, but whatever. Anybody who is "on call" generally carries a beeper with them (I know some IT people that are required to use one). The reason

@Rahsk: You need the OS in stock condition, so you need to reinstall any apps you removed (blockbuster, Visual Voicemail, Help Center, Skype, etc). There are SBFs out there that you can flash to bring you back to stock so you can update.

@apropos626: This is excellent advice. I did my 10 day 3,000 mile trip on a naked SV, with a 550 mile day to start things off, so it can certainly be done. Gear, breaks, and hydration are the keys to enjoying the trip. I had a camel back in my tank bag so I could always drink. I also had my Frogg Toggs easy to
