yeah, i am pretty skeptical of police in general, but this particular officer in this situation—i feel bad for him, especially because he’s struggling with it. what an awful thing to see, what an awful thing to have to do.

I’d argue it does, but in American English when you say “they’re raping us” it’s more often than not meant in a sexually demeaning way, so 1) Trump doesn’t understand the nuances of language, and 2) he definitely meant it to mean “fucked.” I’m surprised to didn’t add the quantifier of “without even Vaseline.”
