I'm not looking at it as cheapest to most expensive. I believe the order is wrong when considering cost and importance, especially when the word "affordable" is used in the headline.

Then I propose reversing the list. :)

Wheels, exhaust, suspension are the top three? The truly affordable, simple suggestions are at the bottom of the list while the most expensive and most complicated for the uninitiated are at the top.
