My Xbox Series X, purchased Feb 10, 2021 is still BNIB. I play 90% of my games on PC and 10% on PS5. There is still no reason for me to unbox it. Maybe in 30 years it’ll be worth something to collectors?
Brace yourselves for an incoming ad supported tier of Uplay. Note that Multi Access allows Xbox but not PS5. That’s my prediction!

I still believe GamePass cannibalized sales, but sales is relative. Imagine how it would have sold if it wasn’t on GamePass day 1!
2017 Ford Explorer Sport in Canada purchased new, paid off in 4 years with $1200/month payments with 6k down. I just went aggressive to get it paid off sooner and 1.9% interest. Had it six years now and 46,000 km (28,500 miles). Planning to go full electric for my next car. I may be old school but if you can’t pay off…
Starlink already did this and it doesn’t make sense to make a duplicate/competing system. I’m all for competition but sounds like low orbit is already having major problems with potential collision with debris and adding to the light pollution problem.
I really like this comment. Nails it! Change is slow, but it’s happening one company at a time. More data comes out that pressures other companies to do the same. Not only is it better for work-life balance, it’s better for recruitment/retention. BBI is not the first and it’s just the beginning!
The correct answer is Friday! Small details: If a holiday is on a Friday nothing changes. If the holiday is on a Monday (or mid week) it becomes a 3 day work week. Technically more holidays land on a Monday than a Friday, but doesn’t matter much because we’re talking about 52 Fridays off per year.
I have a 2017 Explorer Sport and wish I could have gotten the Explorer without the 3rd row seats. 2nd row is good and comfortable! I’m 6'2". The Edge at 50K is a head scratcher. I would go with BMW or Audi as well at that price point.
I’m kind of wondering if there might be a more technical reason for this story. Publishers like Focus manage a large number of games under an umbrella. I have a lot of experience with Steam, and while they can control who has admin access to various games, I’m not sure if its possible to literally transfer ownership…
Have two Switches so my son and I can play Stardew Valley together. But yeah, it’s been a chaotic mess. I also kept the new Switch as the primary (my Switch), but my kid’s Switch being the secondary, can’t play the games unless he uses my profile. So maybe I’ll make his Switch the primary.
Am I the only one thinking it’s the Toyota’s fault? Do you realize he’s basically parked at an intersection under a stop sign? Preventing the big rig from turning?
Yeah, I couldn’t get into Banner Saga 1 — something is off about the game that I can’t put my finger on. Which is why I didn’t buy 2. I want to give it another try one day.
I haven’t picked this up yet, but when I first heard of this game, I assumed it was a reskin of Prison Architect made by the same group but it’s not. The artistic style seems very similar actually.
I couldn’t really get into Prison Architect. Do you have any comparisons? Thanks!
I once enjoyed Razer products, but they fail pretty quickly and not happy about that (I make games for a living so colleagues and I have had them). My mouse failed due to cheap plastic contacts, so I’m migrating back to Logitech. Razer has legendarily bad customer service, so that’s a factor for me.

King’s Field back in 1994 on the original PlayStation! It was the precursor to Dark Souls by the same people. I remembered that game fondly.
I’ve seen this before. First Non-compete clauses are very hard to enforce. Secondly, sounds like on the surface that Mr. Stieglitz has acted poorly, and that will likely surface during proceedings. The court won’t dismiss these charges, and eventually, they’ll settle out of court. I’m sure Ark has pulled in quite a…
I for one have bought the early access. And I loved MoO2 as well. Certainly this new one isn’t hardcore like the first one, but it’s got a decent foundation. I’m not opposed to real-time combat (having shipped 12+ RTS games), and it has time controls so you can plan tactically if need be. The AI is probably the most…
I’m the lead developer at Skybox Labs responsible for Age of Empires II, Age of Mythology, and Rise of Nations. I’ve shipped a dozen+ RTS games in my career so far. I’m game for making a full sequel if the powers that be can make it happen.
