I’m all for shutting down these type of businesses and freeing the dolphins, but Peta can eat a bag of dicks trying to comment on animal welfare while also putting down a massive amount of animals themselves, some of which are household pets. 

Its a fool’s errand to abandon useful scientific concepts, simply because they are subject to dumbfucks misinterpreting and misusing them to justify wrongheaded thinking.

I mean, that’s like saying planets don’t exist or, perhaps more on point, that life doesn’t exist because we only have fuzzy definitions. Species certainly exist, but our criteria for what constitutes a species is subject to refinement with new information, like anything else.
