I will always be sore for KTM killing of Husaberg and now they are also risking killing of Husqvarna (even if they try to sell the brand off its no garantee that Husqvarna group will let another company use their name a la SAAB AB and SAAB automotive)

I mean the GOP is basically 100% victim mentality.

Had a 6G Bronco, and would hide a fob in a Faraday pouch, hide the fob in the Bronco and lock it with the key pad. No worries about losing the fob in the water or in other outdoors activities. One of the better ideas out there.

Most? Germans cars do this in one way or another. My 99 c230 did if you help lock/up or unlock/down on the keyfob while close to the car, even worked the sunroof. I think my 08 E91 and my current F25 also do this, maybe, can’t remember lol

A big thing that has changed is European crash standards. In Europe, cars are tested against pedestrian dummies to see how safe the pedestrian would be in an impact. The solution is to have a hood with a crumple zone on top that helps reduce the damage to a person when they fall on it after being hit. A hood scope

Yeah...but those Park Police...they’ll get ya’! If you look closely, they run a good deal of speed traps, more so on Skyline. Speed limit on Skyline is 35 mostly, and 45 on the Parkway. I think if you are slow-car fast (an N/A Miata with the top down would be heaven), or at least NOT in any sort of hurry, it’s

I have two FoMoCo products with the keypad. Use them all the time. Would be something awesome to propagate to other manufacturers.

It’s crazy to me that a button to put all the windows up/down isn’t standard on every car now.

That’s such a simple use case.

My mostly baseless guess is that cars in previous generations didn’t have the battery power to do it. I can remember trying to operate just the two front windows in some of my previous cars and

We drove the length of the Skyline Drive and Blue Ridge Parkway in September. Very little traffic, no commercialism, lots of curves, and, above all, spectacular views.

Maybe if companies actually started offering EVs that buyers want to swap their hard earned cash for, they may start seeing their electric car sales rise.

3rd gear, would have loved the option to get an iD3. Rear drive hot hatch? Yes please.

Perhaps some of us just want to drive a manual, all the time. Maybe it isn’t about whether it is technically best for this or that. I have a wife, kids, and a dog and I would love to have a family car with a manual to satisfy that desire. We have a Pilot now but I’d trade it immediately for a 4Runner with a manual and

I would buy a Miata but I haven’t figured out how to get my wife and kids (plus the dog) in it, all at the same time. So I would love a three row vehicle with a manual that I could still enjoy driving. If they made it, I would trade our Pilot in tomorrow.

That just made the E30 shed a few tears.  (OK, that's the oil leak, but it did look sad.)

Giving a new meaning to the Hofmeister Kink

...the Climate Comfort package now heats the instrument panel and dash in addition to the armrests, door cards and seats.

What you described is a self-fulfilling prophecy. [Gives bare minimum effort] “See, told ya it wouldn’t work!”

I’LL BUY THAT FOR A DOLLAR!!

Every once in a while I day dream about winning the lottery and in addition to stocking my garage with a 911 GT3 for me and a murdered out Escalade-V (for the missus), I would buy a 4Runner TRD Pro and pay a dealership to swap in the 6MT from a Taco.

I have to believe that other than cutting/punching the hole for the

The drivetrain is shared with just about every Volvo built in the last decade.
