My Audi had the trunk release in the glovebox (which was lockable).  I think this is the ideal situation where you can lock out access to the trunk.

Very nice bike and in nice condition.  That being said that’s a lot of cash for this bike and I think I’d rather have a 750cc that is less rare and easier to find parts for.

Kind of curious how they know how much military jets emit. I’m guessing flight hours aren’t public knowledge and fuel consumption might be something they don’t want people to know either.

There are people that train the sensor and put it in a pressurized PVC tube at 35psi so that all they have to do is open the tube to remove the sensor.  Beats having to pop the tire off each time.  Still think if you are selling a car you should address that first.

The photo with the TPMS fault and an 1/8 tank of gas is really the chef’s kiss on the whole thing.  I’m guessing the door was open when the photo was taken but I can totally see a faulty door switch sensor being part of the deal too.

Honestly, I don’t know who this is for. My guess is people who want a motorcycle but don’t have a motorcycle license.  My opinion- get the license and get a vehicle that will perform infinitely better than this.

TBH I think if you did a minimal amount of digging on any corporate CEO you would find they are not nice people.  The difference is they are not outspoken and have handlers to keep them in line.  Musk owns a media company and puts all his opinions on blast for all the world to see.  Had he not bought Twitter I think

At $14,599 not including destination” That puts it in BMW F900 GS territory. There are a lot of very fancy very fast adventure bikes you can get for $14.5k. You could also get a ripping dirt bike and a new 500-650cc motorcycle for that.

Anyone not replacing a cracked windshield before they sell the car is a red flag for me.  It makes me question what other things were not done.  With a car approaching 100k I’d want some service records.

Fuel burn is only one part of the equation. The other is the type of fuel and emissions devices. Aviation fuel is not great for the environment a certainly far worse than conventional gasoline. Some aviation fuel is still leaded for example. The other is emissions equipment which on commercial fleets is non existent

I believe they were able to keep the decibels down enough to run it without a muffler which lends to the unique sound.  The old Dodge SRT-4 also didn’t have a muffler from the factory.

2nd Gear:

The “Chicken Tax”.  Let me get all those sweet forbidden trucks from overseas.

It really needs a clock that does bird calls on the hour.  Grandma’s love that shit.

I’ll take a column shifter in truck over a rotary any day.

I had the ‘91 with a V8 too! I had the regular cabe long bed (a true 8'!), 4x4, cassette player, power windows, and power mirrors. That thing was awesome.

As a business you set the price the highest people will pay for it while matching a set volume of vehicles.  So if people will still buy them then from a business perspective the vehicles were underpriced.

I’m not buying a car with a loan on it with a cracked windshield at any price. It seems like the seller can’t make payments and wants to sell the car to pay off the loan, and if they can’t do that they can’t do the maintenance and repairs needed for this car.  ND.

Must have had incorrect tire pressure.  Common issue with BMWs.

A base EV which is the direct replacement for a base ICE model costs $12.4k more. The Ford Lightning XLT costs $65,090 (a platinum is $93K) a standard Ford F150 XLT is $47,730. The Silverado EV truck is similar in price difference. Toyota BZ4X starts at $43,070 a RAV4 starts about $4k cheaper.  So yes, in general EV’s
