The McMurtry Spéirling is faster than anything but an F1 car at the Hockenheimring” If I didn’t know about cars this would sound entirely made up. Oh who set the last fastest lap? I hope it doesn’t sound like something else made up- Kimi Räikkönen’s McLaren MP4-19B”.

Here’s the thing- after the crash it definitely won’t be your problem any more.

The Supra is probably Toyota’s best GT (grand touring) car. The Celica all-trac is their best rally car for sure, don’t know about sports car though. My thoughts would be the SW20 MR-2 would be the best sports car from Toyota. It won back to back Japanese Grand Touring Championship’s from ‘98-99.  Supra can dominate

Sure, I think they are more using it to show how far away they are from a break even point or at least that’s how it should be interpreted. Vehicle production, and especially EV production, had high upfront costs. More so for upstart companies that don’t have the benefit of existing facilities and inherent knowledge

A non-manual 911 with 100lbs more weight?  No further questions needed.  I’m sure they did a lot of weight reduction to offset the battery/motor.  I’d rather have the 3.6T and a manual by itself with whatever weight savings measures for the hybrid.

Now you’re talking. Maybe explosives- that way everybody feels the consequences

I frequently have to remind my kids that the reason they have to hold hands in the parking lot is because modern trucks/SUV’s can’t see them.  An 8 year old would have to be like 20 feet away to be seen by a truck.  I guess we will just have to wear hats with flags on poles soon.

If you work construction in the city it kind of eliminate large vehicles for you.  We had to use transit connects purely because a lot of worksites had parking garages with low clearances.  I don’t even know if a factory 2500 series will fit in a DC garage at this point.

I love this car, as I do all Honda Civic hatchbacks.  This has a few too many issues and the non operational thing bugs me.  Makes me think this sat for a bit- which may be the reason for the new rims and tires as the old ones probably were flat and dry rotted.  ND at $4,500.  For me this is $2,500-$3,000 and I’d

84-92 Lincoln MK VII over Thunderbird. One looks classy one looks like a Pep Boys threw up on it.

Probably a large gold chain on the wrist to complement the large gold chain on the neck.  Lot of gold chains in the 70's

It’s damned if you do, damned if you don’t.  People will be mad when things get rushed out to production half-baked (Tesla, GM, Toyota, Ford, etc. have all done it) and mad when production is pushed back to fix things and put out a fully tested product.  I’m never going to be mad at an OEM for pushing back a released

CR uses previous repair data is an input to how reliable a future product will be. In essence a lot of these are just self fulfilling prophecies.

Not familiar with the acronym CVD.  Just pulled up a bunch of things about Cardiovascular Disease when I googled.  I could see the big influx of right wingers in Europe trying to look tough on China and bring back that good ol’ cold war fervor to keep them popular.  Also, anyone contradicting them is an unpatriotic

They probably just want to answer the question of “does this use slave labor for production”. I think that is a reasonable question to ask, however it does require knowledge of the supply chain of all materials to do so. China has a big problem with using Muslim Uyghur slave labor and the U.S. has passed laws against

Rocket technology is not the same as rockets on the car. This is most likely Musk trying to pump the stock price up to justify his payout. Announcements make the stock jump. Tesla could make a roadster with the motors they have and it would be pretty quick. Just make a lighter Model S plaid coupe. Instead Musk tries

I won’t deny that a 350 would be the better engine modified.  But stock for stock a 302 would outrun many of GM’s 350's which I assume is the other SBC you are talking about.  This is a numbers matching car so I would do absolutely nothing to modify it.  Just restore it or make it a race car clone of one of the

Yea it was basically a Trans-am engine dropped into a car people could by at the dealership. I doubt GM did too much to change the factory car vs. the race car. Making the power it did and revving that high in the late 60's was insane.  I would agree power was probably closer to 400hp.

He is making an amount commensurate to the cost the stock has gone up. This is the same as the shareholders. The amount he is making is not fixed as it is based on the current value of the stocks and is not realized until the stock is sold. Also, by the requirements he can’t sell them until 5 years after he gets them.

Be upset with the system, fine.  Be upset with the absurd amount of pay, fine.  Be upset that shareholders want to retain the value of their stock, nonsense.  No one is putting a gun to their head making them own the stock or vote a certain way for compensation.  You can vote yes, no, or sell.  The review by the board
