Seems to be an extra 4 in there:

I’m not looking forward to people buying some cheaply made third party adapter off amazon and causing a fire.  It is only a matter of time with how much power a charger puts out.

I recall reading somewhere they run diesel backup generators which is pretty funny.

It seems that this is specifically for the M cars which is only clear from the sub header.  I would assume non-M cars may continue with a manual for some time.

College students and unmarried partners that pay taxes on an individual basis would be my guess.

It says that the government will subsidize up to $14,000. Is that the total amount? For example the term is 36 months at $100/month so that’s $3,600 and the government is putting $10,400 down then that would be the entirety of the money. In the U.S. even with double the amount “due at signing” down- around $5,000 you

Super bright LED grill mounted light bars used on road.  Please stop blinding everyone.

They may have been the same handle- they used the ol’ Morris Marina handles on everything.

Every BL car has Easter eggs from every other BL car because to some degree they are all parts bin specials.

I could totally see this as something that could indirectly increase car theft. Many people that have garages don’t lock their car when its in the garage because it is behind an locked door already. The flipper zero can pretty easily unlock most garage doors.  Most people also don’t leave the interior door from the

Good, I hope the tornado wins.  They usually do.

Sorry that my answer was for “moderately engineered” as opposed to seriously over engineered. I thought it was an interesting tidbit that they used sodium filled valves in a regular sedan (the U.S. manufacturer’s sedans at the time used regular steel to my knowledge). At least in the U.S. that would be considered over

Man I missed this one. Gotta say the Triumph TR7 stainless steel flap design was cool.

I think it was electronically limited to 130 and tbh that was probably about all it had.  Around 125mph it would start petering out.  IMO it needed stiffer suspension for high speed cornering.

Of note on the Maverick is that the hybrid engine is now an option as opposed to the base engine.  Ford switched this in ‘24 for what seems to be production issues with sourcing for the hybrid.

The old Audi 12V 2.8 V6 had sodium filled valves in 1992 on a regular ol’ passenger sedan. I don’t think that engine ever would get near the point of needing the heat transfer properties that sodium filled valves provide but someone thought it need them. It was also a longitudinal engine in a FWD car which was weird

My only beef with minivans is the accessibility to the rear spark plugs. The most common drivetrain set up is FWD transverse V6. This puts 3 spark plugs somewhere under the cowl. My current ride is a 4runner which has full accessibility on just about everything.  If an OEM would be crazy enough to bring back a RWD

Whoa they’ve got front discs now. Fancy.

guessing they use the 2.4T out of the tacoma and auto only?  As long as they keep the power rear glass I’ll get one.

Not always.  I’ve seen it where the person jumped the car the wrong way and blew a fuse or fusible link.  Pop in a new fuse and your good to go.
