Someone called it the Busy Forks and that is the only way I can remember its name.

The pricing is coming down.  Tesla has done some pretty steep price cuts recently and the government is giving a $7500 tax write off.  The hard part is that shareholders are none to happy when they see the profit margins fall and want to keep the pricing high, as long as demand allows.

Maybe a conspiracy but I feel like they are purposely limiting supply to increase prices which tbh is working because people are paying them.  They can just blame the supply chain with their same old song and dance and make more money.

I know 1 person with a RAV4 prime.  They actually look really cool and they are super quick for a crossover (C&D had it at 5.6 seconds 0-60).  I’ve thought about one to replace our CX-5 but haven’t seen any at the dealers recently.

They have had a big sales drop off recently.  Making a track special might be a way to make a little more $ but with this being the only triple motor set up I feel like it’ll be hard to recoup the development costs.

Glad this version has a solid roof.  The glass roof seems like such a bad idea especially having it as a mandatory option.  Considering most of these will be sold in Cali it seems like they should’ve done some better market planning.  Did no one notice in testing that these things turn their passengers into a baked

Mustang- 3,579 to 3,933 lbs

Regular cab, long bed F250 or 350 with the gas 7.3 godzilla V8.  Old school pushrod low stress engine, BOF truck.  Ford built it for easy maintenance and to make low end torque.  Should last quite some time if the trans holds up.

No one is buying an Awful Toenail?  What a surprise.

Every time I see that the government is going to tack on a penalty fee to go into a “fund” I’m always skeptical. A lot of these seem to be good ideas on paper casino fees going to education and whatnot but they end up having a large pool of money that politicians realize can go missing with little oversight. It goes

I mean they could but the profit margins aren’t nearly as good than on a BOF pickup truck.

Seems like maybe the U.S. plants are non-union because they don’t want to be, or at least that’s how Subaru spins it:

Through all this BS I would like to remind people that Subaru is a union company. They have never had an issue with the union and seem to be in full support of negotiations.  The UAW is not the only union around and some manufacturers actually are in good standing with their union members.

The later panther platforms had a much better steering and suspension set up.  The rack in pinion in the ‘03 up had way more steering feel than the old school recirculating ball set up which was basically the same as stuff from the 60's.

Oh hell yes.  Cobra with a tuxedo.

Why would Maryland specifically? Have you ever heard of a little song by the name of “The Star-Spangled Banner”? It was written by Francis Scott Key right off the coast of Baltimore (Fort McHenry to be specific) in 1814. Hence the dumb website at the bottom that later got bought by a gambling website in the Philippines

I think the OP was stating that the center of gravity is low, not the overall weight but where the weight is located in the car.  Since the battery and motor are at the bottom of the vehicle the majority of the weight is below the belt line.

This one, mainly because you should never have a web address on a license plate:

Normally you would describe the injury as a chemical burn. Maybe something was lost in translation since the initial reporting was out of Germany.

They were driving it in Austin, TX.  There is no way someone didn’t call it the Lexus Texas.
