The VIII was plenty quick it had a nice 280hp overhead V8 in it. Hell they set a land speed record in that car with some mild modifications

The woodland edition lacks the ground clearance necessary for my needs, otherwise it is great. We drive on the beach on vacation and most standard crossovers/minivans end up getting their plastic covers ripped off driving on the sand. I’ll stick to my bof SUV until they make a minivan that actually has different

They quit making minivans that offer both a decent AWD/4x4 system and an appropriate lift to clear sand dunes. Otherwise I agree.

It was a reskinned SLK which was a pretty decent car. The SRT-6 was a downright bargain compared to the AMG.

I feel like the the Dodge Status R/T was always underrated it came with a 200hp/205lb-ft. 3.0 V6 (Mitsubishi sourced) and a 5 speed. EPA rating 20/29. Those numbers were in line with what most competitors were putting out and it  was cheaper to own and operate.

“As I’m sure you have noticed and as our own Ryan Erik King pointed out, the Arkup barely meets seaworthiness requirements”

Well now I need to listen to the Flaming Lips “Do you realize”

NP for someone who wants one.  Personally, I’m going for a Lincoln MK V with a big block if I’m getting a luxury coupe of this vintage.

you say that, but then toyota goes and does this:

How is the GTI the color the Volvo should be?

When I worked at a lincoln dealer the easiest diagnosis was “swap for a known good part.” The town car, grand marquis, and crown vic all used the same window switches. You could pop one out of a “good” car and test to see if it was a bad switch in the suspect car in under 10 minutes.

I’m familiar with a hot V. The amount of engineering it would take to make a custom set of heads with the exhaust ports flipped is crazy.  I haven’t found a manufacturer that makes hot V heads for an LS or LT.   (I heard there is a hot V LS in development for the corvette ZR-1 though).  Looks to me the Exhaust is

Better have heated seats.  The Si not having seats is a crime.

Seeing as that we are looking at the front of a V8 and not where the exhaust exits it doesn’t make much sense to have an afterburner right at the intake. The afterburner would suck up all the oxygen that would go into feeding the V8 engine. Looks to me like the circle thing has a gas feed tube coming from in between

I doubt it’s a Ford Mod engine. Ford made the triton series engines modular starting with the 4.6, V8 then the 5.4 V8, and the 6.8 V10. The 6.8 essentially being a V8 with 2 more cylinders tacked on. The belt routing is about the same for all Ford modular engines and it looks like an upside down triangle. There’s no

“the 5.4L, 6.1L, or 6.4L Hemi offering”.
5.7 is the smallest Hemi offering, 5.4 triton is a Ford engine.

I always the of the RC as a grand touring car, i.e. focus is on comfort, space, and NVH.  Those tend to make cars far heavier than a stripped down sports car like an M4, which btw is also super heavy.

Update: The actual CKP is somewhere towards the back of the engine on the drivers side and needs to be accesses from underneath. Here is a thread on it:

I looked into the crankshaft position sensor on these because that seems like a likely suspect. Turns out, at least on the W126, they have both a crankshaft position sensor and what Benz calls a “top dead center” (TDC) sensor. If the TDC sensor is malfunctioning the ECU can’t decide where the piston is relative to the

You take Ukraine for the resources so it would be a terrible idea to radiate everything you are trying to gain.  They wouldn’t nuke Ukraine for the sheer fact it would make all of the farm land, copper, titanium, and other raw materials useless.
