It is ironic that this engine shares its roots with the Mitsubishi EVO and is now back to hitting EVO 7 numbers.

make a bike part of your group sex accoutrements?

Could be the repurpose a floating rotor for use on this wheel.  All you would have to do is drill and tap a couple of holes.  It would make sense to have something for the flat part of the inside of the rotor to line up against to prevent movement and add to stability.  Also the more I look at it the more I notice how

what 5 small allen bolts that may or may not rattle out over time seems scary?

I think if they did a new elan with front engine rwd layout the yaris engine could work.  That’s definitely never going to happen though.  Fun swap for an old one though!

Fun fact, the Noble M600 used a twin turbo version of the B8444S (yamaha/volvo 4.4 V8) making 650hp. It was also used in the Australian V8 supercar series

I’m wondering how Volvo service will go for combustion engine parts and what not. There are millions of Volvo’s on the road using ICE engines. Will they be serviced at a separate dealer/sold through a separate company once Volvo goes full electric?

Hallmark if you are listening, make this movie.

In my opinion it is the emissions equipment that causes the unreliability. EGR coolers are a common failure point which can cause coolant to enter the combustion chamber. The DOC (diesel oxidation catalyst) are very expensive and can fail for a variety of reasons. DPF’s (diesel particulate filters) need to be put into

There are just too many other honda’s I’d rather have at this price point.  An automatic FWD weird accord is not one of them.

That would imply the it is both modular and scalable.  Meaning if they need to add more capacity they can just tack on a few more battery modules.

not in a car that doesn’t have a combustion engine (no starter no 12v source required)  It’s more to power all the other systems (speedometer, radio, windshield wiper motor, etc.) that run on a conventional 12v source.  It allows for parts sharing between BEV and ICE vehicle.

hey take a look at a honda earthdreams engine sometime.

Asking the lawyer “what is you purpose in life” makes me think that Elon Musk suspects him to be an A.I.

I’d be cool with them bringing back the cabrio and throwing the Golf R engine in there.  That would most definitely sell in the US.

Bring a spare belt (for the car silly), a couple of jugs of distilled water and coolant, at least 1 quart of oil, and a socket set just in case.  That’s a long drive in an old car.

does your car have a gas door on both sides?

My thought would be anyone who lives out in the Outer Banks or in a small island town with low speed limits.  Ocracoke has an around town speed limit of 20mph a plug in is perfect since most beach houses already have a port for plugging in golf carts.  PHEV can just tool around town on electric alone 90% of the time.

It’s a twin turbo 472hp V6. It probably rocks a V6 for fuel economy and emissions reasons. And it actually handles pretty decent.

Starts at $61,215 for the base RWD manual 3.6tt.
