I am level 6 and was offered a free ticket. My friend who was a level four got a $5 ticket (different than a $5 off ticket).

WaPo had a pretty eye opening article on this “emotional support animal” phenomenon a few days ago, detailing the predictable problems that ensue when you throw animals into the mix with lots and lots of strangers in a tight, enclosed plane.
