I love cars as much as the next person here but I want to treat a car as a hobby or interest rather than an appliance.

Manual transmissions are overrated for daily driving.

I’ve lost that argument many times on Jalopnik. Apparently I don’t know anything because I’ve only been involved in autonomy with aircraft, ships, trucks and cars since 1990. People think FSD is magical and that computers can solve everything, and willingly overlook the obvious.

If these people had half a brain they’d realize FSD is a pipe dream. It’s not possible. Yes humans make mistakes but are still leagues above any computerized self-driving tech out there because with proper training and years of experience, human interpretation of situations is unmatched.

Buttonville Airport is a menace to the community, every year there are incidents like this. There were crashes in 2020 and 2019. In 2019 narrowly missing a motorists (caught on dashcam) which would surely have killed them.

Yeah it’s actually making me physically ill looking at it. Why can’t they do something straightforward and simple? I mean if the exterior followed the interior design language, it would look like the KTM Xbow with 4 doors and a roof.

The screen / button hot mess of the new model’s interior is like a 1970s idea of a car from the future.
