My solution to this problem is unorthodox: no coaches behind the bench aside from the head coach. It’s ridiculous how many coaches there are in every sports league; they deal with grown-ass athletes. Also, get rid of ALL offsides or make it like soccer offsides.

This list is almost smaller than Trump’s tiny, tiny hands.
