About 15 years ago, I also delivered pizzas. For better corporate identity, we had company vehicles (tiny Fiat Cinquecentos), some with radios, some without. Most of the drivers would come in early to get one of the cars with a radio. I've seen 18 y/o boys nearly burst into tears for not getting a car with a radio.

As I said, yesterday,I am all for impounding these cars. I also think, that impounding them for just 7 days, is a bad joke. IMHO, the cars should be impounded until these kids' court dates, which should be postponed as long as legally possible.
