Carver is taking over for Sera Gamble? I somehow missed that news. And that is awesome! I like Carver's work so I'm happy with that. Gamble's work, eh, not so much. I think a lot of the slower story problems SPN has been having this season and last is thanks to Gamble, so Carver coming back after a couple years away…

I do too. Actually, I just want a general Shield movie with Nick Fury, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Maria Hill. Maybe pulling from the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon where Black Widow is a double agent and frames Hawkeye. I'd watch that in live-action.

That is kind of exactly the point of the Avengers: a motley crew of weirdos that have no business being on the same team. Whedon has expressed this same sentiment in interview after interview. It SHOULD be weird to picture Black Widow on the same team as Thor. That is the point.

But the Lizard is so boring! So friggin' boring! I get that he has something to do with the hero's journey in this film.....but, c'mon, the Lizard was always one of the lamest Spiderman villains. Hell, I would have gone for Electro or Mysterio before the Lizard. So blah.
