As computers become more powerful hardware becomes less important. Look at the iPad; it's about as powerful as PCs were 10-7 years ago and yet its graphics aren't far worse than what you find on modern PCs (high-end gaming aside). Think of how powerful tablets will be in 7 more years, or in 17 when this kid is a teen.

Personally I think a lot of tech on this list will continue to exist, such as dedicated cameras, but only because 20 years from now its simply going to be so cheap to produce. It'll be like dollarama watches and radios.
