Then why don't you cut it? Probably would have been easier (and cheaper) than totally ruining it. But no, you had to be a jerk about it. You have no idea what that neighbor of yours might be going through that prevents them from getting out and mowing the lawn.

I WISH that's what my neighbor would do. His yard isn't just immaculate, it's a showplace. We think he has the city on speed dial, because if something bothers him, we get a notice on the front door. He's evil!
