I do appreciate your tip. I actually work in an office with insurance agents. Since I live in a flood zone, no companies want to write rebter’s policies for my area.

Thirteen years and two hurricanes later, I’m doing just fine. I can’t get renter’s insurance here, no company will write it. That’s life at the beach. I also can’t afford an apartment anywhere else because my landlord rules and I have pretty cheap rent so not going anywhere any time soon.
