I'm inclined to agree. The graphics are good enough now to not be an issue. However, if you look at a game like Skyrim... occasionally specs do matter.

Even if it is kicking the crap out of the PS3 and Xbox (it's not, the difference is barely noticeable) you are comparing a new machine versus one 7 years old.

It is not the platform of choice, it is the platform on necessity. PS3 and Xbox are choices unless you need to play killzone or halo, then yeah they are platform of necessity too.

It certainly was not better, imo, than either 1 or 2. So if you were luke warm on 1&2 I highly doubt you will be pleased to pay $35 for Bio Inf.

Way too expensive for Bioshock. Both 1 and 2 I think I picked up on steam for a combined total of $5. So, you are paying about $50 for the game with DLC. It just is not worth that much. I'd probably drop $15 on it with DLC.

That is a fantastic price for Max Payne 3 on the PS3.

I'm not going to go through history but just from the past few months there is The Last of Us. Naughty dog has used a persistent character in other games as well. It is not unique. The idea has been in use at least since Half Life 2 in 2006, and Bioshock Inf has not evolved what HL2 did in this area, better graphics…
