Yep. Definitely this. It’s also a good way to gain XP. I’ve been gathering XP this way and using the 2.0x multiplier at Galden Quay. Went from Lv.15 to Lv.30 with 24K XP (pre-multiplier) and from Lv.32 to Lv.41 with 50K XP (pre-multiplier).
