Not a boot CD in itself, but I think unetbootin should be on the list as it makes these boot cd's run on usb drives. It can also automatically download a few different systems too.
Come live in Japan. I got 100mbps ftth for $60 a month. Unlimited too (Using KDDI, NTT however has a 50gb upload cap per day) I managed 2 terabytes of data (in and out) in two days.

Got it and have yet to play much, the Japanese servers only went online last night at 6. Got a free sackboy with the purchase and a monkey suit (in game) for buying early.
