Personally, my money is on Phoebe Waller-Bridge. She is a great comedic actress and her popularity has shot up since her current show, Fleabag, has aired on Amazon. Plus, she was on Chris Chibnall’s previous show, Broadchurch, so he already has experience working with her. And honestly, she would make a great Doctor.
