A weeaboo is a anime/Japan obsessed fan taken to the extreme. They like to use random Japanese words in English conversations, their ultimate dream is to live in Japan (despite knowing very little about what it's like to live there), etc. They aren't as creepy as bronies, just annoying.

I don't disagree. Personally I think a zero tolerance policy should be used. Learn social cues, and if you harass one person you are banned.

They do it because the majority of bronies can't pick up on social cues. Lots of them are isolated socially to begin with, they never learn how to socialize with other people. Others fall somewhere in the autistic spectrum. Either way, people like this creep out regular people.
