Ok, how about this. Find a guy that isn't defined by what they do for a living. If you make your job your entire identity I can see a guy being intimated by the fact that his partner is better at it than him.

Find guys that have more confidence. I could care less if a woman knew how to make an app. I'm not the smartest person out there. I know this. There will always be someone that's a better developer than me. Maybe this person is a woman. Whatever, no big deal.

That sounds normal to me. I work upwards of 60-80 hours a week. I maybe take 1 week off a year (I have 4 weeks of vacation a week). Do what you love. Though sometimes I need to get away from work, clients can be frustrating sometimes.
