I noticed that with the exception of Lone Wolf and Cub the gang above at least aren't putting their own kids in danger... well Batman but he had gone through several before trying it out on his own. So these Heroes aren't people you want to babysit your kids

Thank you.. even our PBS seems more a capitalist model than the BBC. Although money generated goes into one large account (or not so large account) each show is given money based on how many people donate during that show or for that show. I believe strongly in PBS or the BBC or CBC if your in Canada, but sometimes

ouch and "Welcome to America"

Well "basically" would have to be defined. The more I have read about the Dark Dimension the more i see very little in common.

their citing them too.. the bastards

You got to love that

Agree

"in which Tom Baker's Doctor failed to regenerate and . . ." that makes me feel very weird. because in 2011 I wrote a script sent it to BBC in early 2012, that had that at its core.

That's the real issue right there... They keep siting the BBCs financial woes. I cant believe that with international viewing DVD and other tie ins that Doctor Who doesn't generate a profit.. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS

yeah but how do you say.. McGann and McCoy (and I would still add Davidson) are ok but the rest of you are too old and fat

I think the "Prohibitively difficult" part of The Classic Doctors is their age.. I think McCoy Davidson, and McGann can be made to look somewhat like their old Doctors but the Baker boys, Tom & Colin look nothing like they did in the days of Who. Their would have to be a story that would explain that... Oh like my

I dont believe in speaking for "communities", we can really only speak for ourselves.

Its possibly not racism but hubris. "wow, that's incredible" the thought goes, "I could never have done that, so no human could have done that.... it must have been God, no wait God sounds stupid, Aliens, that's right Aliens"

yes it is a bury my head in the sand take on reality. Right now the view of homosexuality generally skews heavily to the positive so if its good enough for the guy on the street... BUT gay marriage is still controversial. A friend of mine (who is gay) told me "There shouldn't be gay marriage but civil unions that.."

did I misread the quote "DC not only refused to let the wedding be depicted on panel, but refused to let them be married at all. "[We] were told emphatically no marriage can result,"" That doesn't mean don't show it. That means don't do it. it would be better to not have gay couples then to have hypocritical rules

The problem goes beyond panel DC said no to them getting married.

I didn't read the comic book but i assumed from things people said that the deal was Book was like the government agent without a name in the movie (sometimes called the operative) that (like the guy in the movie) Book got his eyes opened. and he killed an innocent named Derrial Book

J.J. wants it known that Cumberbatch is NOT -playing Darth Vader, he is playing the part of John Harris Skywalker

Rob that started out being a big hump. BUT I have not yet found a character that i thought was cool that didn't have a book. Buffy, there is a book Willow the same Lara Croft yep her too Batman guess what several without a picture as far as the eye...well you know where i'm going
