I feel like Nina's character is VERY poorly written, but a better actress might make us empathize with her more. As it is, the woman playing Nina, can barely make believable facial expressions. She has the same blank expression all the time. You can't rest on pretty in such an uneven show. I am also very worried…

Totally thought that too! If you break thumbs, wouldn't that make manipulating ones hands through handcuff much easier? I mean cutting his thumbs off AFTER he has already lost too much blood is crazy dangerous if the purpose here is to live.

I don't know that we knew Ben wasn't Adam for sure until this ep. I 100% agree about how dumb the police are in this show…it's very frustrating and literally unbelievable. I have stuck around because the potential good story underlying the premise seems worth it. Will you stick with the show?
