You mean the first comment wasn't I'LL SHOW YOU THE LIFE OF THE MIND?

Hm — the only one I immediately got was 7. My Immigrant Mom Talks Funny! as Margaret Cho.  Little help?

9.  Günter.

Also, perhaps at the end, after the three seasons you could do a review back to back of Retardation, A Celebration and the Florrie Fisher film/book?  That might be a good capper!

Yeah — that one actually shocked me that they went for it.  In a good way.  But yeah, inspired!

I thought "Boychick" was actually pretty funny — it's a pun off the yiddish term "boychik".

FWIW, "Gris Gris" is Dr. John's _FIRST_ album from 1968, not his newest, which is "Locked Down".

It's actually "Flame Princess" not "Fire Princess" — she's from the Fire Kingdom, though.  But yes!  Otherwise, a good episode/writeup/hooray!  And here's for more Adventure Time!

The Jewelry Channel is the worst, too — it just has this creepy, seedy quality.  My best friend pointed out that if Home Shopping channels are like Crap Porn, the Jewelry Channel is Snuff Porn.

Yeah — I liked this one a lot better than last week's.  Weird!

Nah, the Fellows are still together.  They did a new album, what, last year? Year before?  And yeah — they play Seattle a fair amount.  Scott moved to Portland, though, so it IS less often than before.

I was gonna say, too, the Fellows are still together… and Scott's, of course, still a member.  So not really "ex".

…what, people don't like True Stories?

I also think that the article kind of downplays his involvement in Dethklok musically — on the albums, it's basically ALL HIM, plus a drummer.  That's… amazing.

For reals — what's with the giant fucking foreheads on the female characters?

I thought that bit was really weird how they seemed to slam the Pee Wee broadway show for doing nostalgia-kids-show for adults…. forgetting that it was ORIGINALLY for adults.
