My dad died in 1999. Last year my mom wrote some memories about her father and asked me to write some about my father. I miss him more than anything! This is what I wrote to my mom. I might be doxxing myself, but fuck it.

Books don’t often make me laugh out loud, but this one did. Just what I needed, I read it in a day. 

I loved it too. I read it on kindle and they added a bit of the sequel to the end. I plan on reading it soon. 

I always read a lot, but i’m at a whole other level right now. I just finished 3 books in 3 days, all beach read type books. I’ve read 20 books since SIP started. I read at home, inside, outside, in bed, in my home office bed, basically anywhere at home, since i don’t go anywhere anymore.

I got a new shower head, because the old one had super low water pressure and it took forever to rinse out my long hair. Now my shower is like going to the spa, I love it! Definitely one of the best parts of my day now.

While I agree the quality of their clothes has gone down since the 90s, they are not going out of business. And Kohls and JCP are not doing much better, business wise.

Just because a company declares bankruptcy does not mean the company ceases to exist. It does mean they probably have some pretty sweet sales right now. My husband and i ordered a bunch of stuff from them late last week, all 35-50% off. People can still buy all their J. Crew gear, it’s gonna be fine.
