I watch a lot of those HGTV shows, and the ones set in TX or GA , etc...kill me. The people will be like our budget is $90k, and we want 4 bedrooms and a pool. We can get like a two bedroom bungalow for $800k. But, I love the bay area, I love my job, and the only place i’d move to is Europe.

I bet Aunt Becky is super kicking herself now about not taking the plea deal.

You can’t even buy a parking spot in SF for $100K, so that’s super cheap to me. We are saving to buy a house in the East Bay, and need about $100k for just a down payment.

The classification of this Scheana person as a celebrity seems odd to me. So she’s on some other reality show (that i clearly do not watch), seems like that puts her on the same level as the bachelor guys.

Lets hope no students go to him to report a sexual assault, because that would be fucking pointless.

Waiting for Durant to fire up his kinja burner account to leave a comment on this.

I read a few more articles today about these illnesses, they are all stemming from vaping THC products. They are finding oil derived from vitamin E in them. Lungs can’t process that.

I keep seeing those Jeep commercials where he is singing, and i’m so confused. He sings?

I am in a legal state, and i almost always just use a bong, always been my preferred method. but the vape pen is convenient sometimes, but i’m done with that shit.

But it hasn’t been around long enough to do research on long term effects. They have no idea what it will do to someone after 30 years of use.

No one has done the research, they have no idea what the long term health effects are.

I was literally just talking about these vaping illnesses. They did no research about what this could do to people, and yet they marketed it as a safe alternative. The processes they use to make the vape oils, juices, whatever you want to call it involve more chemicals, why anyone would think it’s safer, I don’t know.

Last week I read my first Katherine Center book -Things You Save in a Fire, and now I want to read all of them. I just started my second one last night - Happiness for Beginners. All of her books seem to get good ratings, so it was hard to chose what to read next. I’m also slowly working my way through Lisa Jewell’s

My husband does the dishes from the morning every day when we get home from work. This does not mean i’m going to have sex with him, it just means he a decent person who does dishes. He also cooks more than I do. I do the laundry and most of the cleaning. It all works out, and when we want to have sex, we have sex,

The Southern Comfort Kitchen food truck at off the grid has pretty good chicken sandwich. And Elevation 66 added one to their menu recently. BB is good! Oh, and that new burger place in the Plaza has one too, but I haven’t tried it. There are so many good options that don’t involve waiting in a line a Popeyes.

On San Pablo, just north of Central next to the oil change place. It just opened like a year or so ago.

That’s a good way to look at it. It’s definitely true that time flies when you’re super busy.

I initially read the title as less sexy, and was like no shit. But, cool, less sexist is good.

That sucks for the employees. I used to wait tables, and at least when it’s crazy you make more tips, no upside like that in fast food. As soon as I told my husband about the sandwich he wanted to try it, but I wasn’t about to get in that crazy line. Maybe when it comes back and calms down.

There is a Popeye’s not far from my house in El Cerrito, and all weekend there was Popeyes traffic, like cars waiting in the road to turn into the drive through, and lines out the door. At first we were like what the fuck is going on, why is traffic stopped? Then we realized it was Popeyes. I felt bad for the people
