Looking back there are a number of children’s books that are really sad, or fucked up in some way. My professor in college decided to read some of them to us. It’s eye opening as an adult.

Initially when I volunteered i wasn’t going to put in for overtime, but HR said I had to. I also do a lot of extra stuff I don’t get paid for, like all the office events for 8 years, numerous birthday parties, etc... Oh, and i’ve been covering a desk of 7 extra attorneys for months, without getting paid more.

I volunteered to bar-tend for a reception we had at work. I made a ridiculous amount of money for bar-tending because I got paid time and a half. I’m good with that.

I love cottage cheese, and I love cottage cheese omelets like my dad used to make. Everyone thinks it’s weird as hell, but I love it. Also, just cottage cheese with fruit. Yes, I was born in the 70's and my mom ate cottage cheese in cantaloupe.
