I tried those pills that are supposed to make you get it less and that implant were you are supposed to really get it at all, and i basically just spotted all the time, and/or would get my period every 2 weeks. I never knew wtf was going on. Those thing seems to have the opposite…

I’ve been off birth control for 7 years now. I actually really like it. My period isn’t worse than it used to be, actually a bit better. Just have to be more careful. But I’m lucky in that other than some bad cramps and sore boobs, my period has never been that bad.

I deactivated FB (for mental health reasons more than data privacy issues) but still have instragram, because i love pretty pictures. There are lots of cats there.

The last 3 weeks or so I did a little experiment. I drastically cut back my use of FB and twitter. I found myself to be overall much happier and less upset/stressed out. My husband and I use our credit union’s regular savings account. We have enough in there to be ok for probably 5 months, if something crazy happened. This! As I was chopping lettuce into bite size pieces Sunday night, I stopped to think, am I making a chopped salad? Why do I so often get salads with massive pieces of lettuce? I don’t think i should need a knife to eat lettuce.
