Anyone else feel the the whole "Who is The Flash" storyline just doesnt work?
Nice attitude.
Okay, but post-war then Captain America was viewed as the greatest hero in all of history. So, imagine that first day that the boys were told "We got a new girl coming in today. Peggy Carter".
Pushing the honesty card a bit further, I'm disappointed with Marvel Television because neither show turned out to be what it could (should?) have been:
Agreed. The idea of a rotating mid-season Marvel show is far more appealing than Agent Carter… more of the same. (Or better yet… cancel Agents of Shield and make a new show that showcases the lesser characters of the marvel universe better. Because Skye and Peggy really aren't on the top of my list of people I was…
Ive said in the past how the overemphasis of the "workplace sexism" feels overbearing and a bit like "male guilt" written by a purely male writing staff. Its not that women don't believe that sort of sexism existed in that era, its more that its out of place in a "Superhero" show.
I'm an asian person laughing both WITH and AT the asian jokes.
I follow the AOS writers and the cast on instagram and I think the true downfall of that show is how well they get along off screen.
Is that a joke? Its a Chris Miller and Phil Lord movie and is pretty darn good.
How exactly does product usage like this work? Does Modern Family pay Apple in order to use Apple products or does Apple donate gear in order to get seen.
1) Why are news sources so focused on the brand used rather than the concept. Apple or not, its kinda interesting (and lately, Modern Family could use "interesting")
Wow. The lengths that "journalists" are going through to credit Jonny IVe with the Lightsaber is really disgusting.
I'm so torn. I absolutely love Adrianne Palicki but I equally hate Chloe Bennett.
Exactly. Barry's job often requires him after a horrendous situation. so if (in her head) that's his excuse to bail out then her next day reaction was pretty cold.
Ugh. When did I say anything about the guys perspective? You've got an agenda so I'll back off and let you enjoy your many 2nd dates with yourself. But FYI, It's a TV Show and I'm merely talking about how things were portrayed on a specific episode while you're here arguing about events that never happened.
Umm… Yes? She was a flying squirrel and he was a tree. She literally threw herself on him.
Because she's the aggressor and he's the guy? Plus, I've voiced my opinion on how poorly these shows write for women so (IMO) the writing for her has been pretty weak.
But what if he prefers it that way? He's still a working theater actor so a limited role (ADR and a few pickup shots) may be what got him to do the show.
Sarah is such a tragic story. Not in what happens to her character, but “behind the scenes” where she came to exist out of nothing and then was suddenly taken from us.
