You are completely right, SECPON, it’s not normal.
It’s a memory leak caused by the service “superfetch”.

I was using abnormal amounts of RAM (2.8gb+) on the system process. It had nothing to do with compression when reaching the RAMs max memory as my setup has 32 GB total.
