Maybe a little but really it comes down to a definite yea on one and a ‘more than probable’ maybe on the second.

I think so, since it’s federal court - because the girls were transported across state lines, I’m not sure that local DAs will be able to file state charges.

It would be great if Jeffery turned on the other powerful men involved, why go down alone.  I don’t see this brining trump down was he ever on the plane, we know Bill was many times.

I would read the horizontal body position as specifically contrary to the rule:

He is set up on the inside of the line, giving Marisnick the outside lane to the plate. If he’s straddling the line, I would have more empathy for Marisnick. And…

I don’t think the contact was intentional, but you don’t ever, ever go inside unless the throw has pulled the catcher completely to the back side of the plate. The runner is given the lane to the outside. The catcher’s only reasonable place to set up (post Posey rule) is on the inside. The throw, obviously, is coming…
