I have been very fortunate never to have been sexually harassed at work. I used to counsel sexual harassment victims, though, and I have never felt so useless in my life. These women were afraid to go to work, but afraid to retaliate lest they lose their jobs. I felt completely powerless and like I hadn't helped them…
