Couldn’t agree more. I am not from and do not live in the U.S.A., but I have been to several dozen American cities. Chicago was easy to get around, people were friendly and helpful, and I never felt unsafe, even walking at night. San Diego is up there because of the weather and history, but Chicago is my favorite.
