I have to say, the guy is brilliant. He got people to pay to watch crappy security cam footage in droves. Though, let's be honest...it's mostly boring nothingness with "cheap" and/or predictable scares thrown in at random.

Get a plasma and call it a day. The 600mhz refresh rate is more than enough and there is no motion blur. I guarantee that the 360 looks better on my 65" plasma than any tube TV any day of the week.

Well, if you're entering into a contract such as this...I would imagine that it's under warranty for that long. Almost everything that is rent to own works this way. If it doesn't...then that would incredibly stupid from a PR standpoint.

Oh definitely is more. Though it's just not as bad as many think. $99 for a system...really isn't bad, chances are you'd be spending $8 a month anyway for XBL...so for another $7 you can rent to own.
