I'm almost in shock, where are all the Apple products?

I started watching those BB10 videos/demos before the Holidays and IMO there's some really good stuff in there - at least, I'm more hopeful for BB10 than I ever was with the Windows 8 Phone/Surface crap.

And, because nobody mentions it, this thing probably uses a laptop GPU.

You apparently aren't familiar with business "logic", what makes sense from a business end doesn't automatically appeal to consumers like you and I.

The base model allows them to advertise this product with an enticing "Starts at just $999" label on it.

Because we're encouraged to buy the pricier model if we want more of (insert whatever feature here); haven't you learned anything from Apple and the like in recent years?

But that's what my WD Live lets me do, that's also what my friend's Roku does (but with an additional Plex setup)...

On the completely anecdotal side, I used to work for a software company that made Java apps for early feature phones over 10 years ago.

How's this different from a WD Live or Roku or whatever other media player for "dumb" tv sets (either via apps like on the Roku or a Plex server setup, etc)?

Shouldn't it be 4X rather than 4K? Quad full HD, while long, better describes what it is, rather than pretending there's a 4000-something value in there.

Well, 2 versions newer (7.0 - CS1 - CS2), but still nice.

The current gen has actually been nothing but disappointment to me, albeit I am a devoted PC gamer looking for a reason to buy a console: I found none.
