I think they also offer an online college courses that aren't a scam. It's based in Arizona and it's the online version of one of the state universities.

Start with the first wolf/wolf cub that decided to be domesticated. Wolves realized that they had a good deal; they would guard the humans, and in return, would not have to hunt for food. Humans realized they would get a detection system for predators, and all they had to do was share a little food.
I agree with that explanation.
Makes sense to me.
I was thinking the other direction. If the federal goverment stopped sending money to California, the impact on California might not be that bad. If California stopped sending money to the federal government, that would be awful.
And, when Obama signed Executive Orders, he talked to the departments that would be impacted and gave them a chance to give thier input (was there anything he was overlooking, would the department be able to impliment the executive order, and similiar stuff).
That may be true. I am sure that there are people who voted for Trump for economic reasons, or any other basic/normal campaign issue, but thier vote for Trump emboldened/elected a racist, mysocignsitic, homophobic, xenophobic man.
There are many, many, many parts that bother me, but I don't have the words to express them, so I am going to focus on just one. It seems like this was not fully thought through or thought out. Residents with green cards have already been vetted, as have visitors with approved visas. Refugees who were already approved…
That's how California got one of its first big gun control laws. It was passed when Reagan was govenor due to Black Panthers arming themselves, openly carrying weapons, and talking about self defense.
That was something I was wondering about. What if the states/cities are places that give more than they receive, so a loss of federal dollars might not be as devastating as Trump imagined.
I've thought the same thing about Texas. I would totally be okay with letting Texas go.
It's a great big universe and we're all really puny/we're just tiny little specks about the size of Mickey Rooney.
If Gore was president from 2000-2008, the economy would not have crashed, or at least the crash would have been smaller and less devestating. Gore would have stayed in Afghanistan (I'm assuming 9/11/01 would have happened if Gore had been president) and not invaded Iraq.
The average Joe doesn't care about the Oscars. It would have to be someone in sports for the average Joe to care. I'm sure there are Muslim atheletes who will be impacted by this. Some of them/one of them needs to come forward.
Not at all. FDR had it all for 12 years, and that included the Great Depression and WWII-extraordinary times.
Gore would have been president from 2000-2004, but a Republican would have won in in 2008 or 2012, because it's rare for one party to stay in the White House for that long. Assuming Obama still gave the amazing speech he gave in 2004, and did not do something really crazy or awful while in the Senate, he probably…
Meryl Streep‘s cerulean speech should be more spoken than sung, like "Rock Island" from "The Music Man" or "I've Grown Accustomed to Her Face" from "My Fair Lady."
I love this episode. It's one of my absolute favorites.
Exactly. He was name checked/referenced on "Thirtysomething," "Quantum Leap," "21 Jump Street" and has a cameo in "Home Alone 2."
We love you.
