Ah... you need to come to coffee shops over here in the Old Continent. People tend to be chatty, animated. In many people often stand at the counter. And seeing someone writing on paper, or reading a non e-book is a common thing ;)
Er... Dan, mate? If it appeared in a UK paper, they'll have spelled capitalise with an "ise"... the same way Giz transmogrifies UK defence into defense and theatre into theater. ;) You say "erbs" and we say "herbs" because there's a fu... well, you know the rest.
@Pope John Peeps II: Hmmm... just a little question: You don't think all Giz's writers, let alone its Ed.Dir. spend hours upon hours each day, every day, glued to a screen, reading extensive text from an LCD?
It's a sad fact that (even with all those old-fashioned dials and switches) I now have to take my son to a museum to show him the future. :(
