I would argue that camera truck, smartly, realized he didn't have enough room to complete the turn before the downhill truck arrived.

Did the guy with the camera wave him through? Camera truck has the right of way there (though apparently was smart not to try to make the turn).

Did you catch the part @ 2:35 or so where they slowed wayyyyy down, causing traffic behind them to back up and almost hit them?

Except the part where they came to a near stop on the interstate at night and you can see a car behind them has to leave the road to keep from getting rear-ended.

Still it only takes one company to do this and maybe the rest will follow suit.
