I’d like to know about battery degradation and if the new Leaf will see the same market saturation on the 2nd hand market due to lease expirations. If the latter happens, I would love to buy a 3 year old 2nd gen Leaf for $8K-$18K. In the meantime, my $7,300 off-lease Fiat 500e will suffice.

I guess you played the odds and assumed that we aren’t in the small percentage of folks who will make out like bandits.

That’s the attitude I try to take. I like to try it all for the sake of curiosity; i was just so surprised at how negative my experience with Yellowtail Chard turned out.

There was a cork. By corked, I meant that the cork didn’t appear to fail or grow a taint.

As far aromas go, do you have a window, hood, fan, whole-house-fan, or candle? My hood over the range looks really cool, but seems to be useless. I use my whole-house-fan in the adjacent living/dining area to pull in the air into attic and away from the bedrooms.

I don’t think I’m a wine snob but I tried a $6 bottle of Yellowtail Chard and it went straight down the drain. It tasted like bad grape juice with zero complexity and too much sugar. I’m not sure it was just a bad bottle (wasn’t corked) or if some wines are just that bad.

I’ve been trying to figure this one out. Growing up, I’ve always been a clothes on the floor guy. My wife was always a clothes on the chair person. So our desk chair, massage chair, and arm chair have clothes all over them...probably enough clothes to wear for a week. I’m thinking about trying two wicker baskets

You made me laugh, but the answer is no. Sexual assault and harassment will continue even with such steps taken, but I don’t need to tell you that because you already know.

Mine was very similar, it was seafood pot pie from our wedding. I thought I cleaned it up enough and went off on our honeymoon the next day. I cleaned the surface, gave it a smell test, and left the window open a tad. We came back the next week and it was pretty bad. I ended up removing the whole rear seat bottom

Spaceballs was the one I didn’t see as a child (probably the only one in my class) but I saw it for the first time a few years back in my 30s. My wife on the other hand, saw nothing but Spaceballs as a kid and saw Star Wars for the first time in her late teen years.

I believe I did that; I’ve seen that one the most. I’ve seen the cabin at Universal Studio’s tram tour about 20 times too. I had no idea that was Annette Benning until recently.

There was a similarly themed remake with Robert Downey Jr. and Zac Galinfinakis called “Due Date,” but I prefer PT&A, but I’m a Martin/Candy fan. I grew up watching:

What state are you? I would be frustrated too. I have a Bronze HSA plan through Kaiser and my premium is only $250/month and with the market being what it has been over the last 8 years, my gains in the HSA investments are greater than my premiums. My deductible is $1,000 and I’ve only spent $300 out of pocket over

My brother and I broke our sous vide devices for the first time. I did some lobster tails with butter and dill, eggs, and filet mignon two ways. One bag of filets were just seasoned with salt, pepper, & thyme, followed by a quick sear with melted butter and minced garlic. The second bag when asian flavors with

You are correct. Secondly a lithium fire would have where the batteries are, not before the A-pillar, but below the C-pillar.

My wife’s former law firm picked up Faraday as a client about a year ago, we joked with each other that her firm was never going to see a dime.

Maybe. I’m considering that the battery would around 1,000-1,200 lbs. The rest of the car could be 1,200-1,400 lbs. The old Lotus Elise was 1,600 lbs with motor, and the current version is about 2,000 lbs. I’m wondering what kind of a drivetrain will yield that alarming acceleration and range. Perhaps a variable

Not sure why anyone would need such a car, but I’m guessing it’ll weigh less than 2,400 lbs based on those numbers.

From someone who can’t dance, I’m envious.

I’m in southern California, but I have no accidents and no tickets on my history. My car is dirt cheap, with $1,000 deductibles and no collision nor comprehensive. I do have uninsured motorist though. I’m rewarded with multi-line policies since I also have homeowner insurance with the same company, good driver,
