No, they weren't married or even engaged then. The RN commended him for courageous actions under fire which saved the lives of many men. There are lots of reasons to dislike him, but he's not a Nazi and he is a war hero.

Philip does not come from Nazis. Some of his sisters married Nazis. His mother and at least one sister were heavily involved in resistance work, and he was commended for bravery for his actions in the Royal Navy during WWII.
The “Christmas walk” is the family going to church. Trooping the Colour is the official celebration of the Queen's birthday. It's absolutely appropriate for her family to be there (if they're not in prison).
