I think that everyone would adjust just fine. Instead of eating lunch at 1200, you would eat at 0700 (if you were in the current eastern time zone). Give it a month, you’d figure out what time lunch is :)

Set your expectations going in! I can’t stress this enough. You didn’t get out of shape overnight, don’t expect overnight success.
