I would hope that it at least put a smile on your face first.
I put the following as my out of office reply a few times. I have replies from folks who loved it. I can’t take full credit, I found a similar one on a website years ago, but I modified it slightly.
As someone who has the “one time use” codes for Google in my wallet for over 2 years, I can vouch for the clear packing tape method. Works wonderful, and it’s cheap.
Be aware that the glasses have an expiration of 3 years, so don’t use them again in 2024. I have no idea why they expire, but it says on the glasses. If you donate them to the Astronomers Without Borders organization, I am sure they are aware of the limitation :)
It was great for us. We had friends down, it was kind of hot here, so we were all in the pool. We had 2:20 of totality at our house. Took the glasses off when totality hit, and enjoyed the 2:20 with the crickets and cicadas chirping.
Great job on dropping 100 lbs! That’s awesome for you. Down 200 myself, so I know that the struggle is real. Plateaus suck, no doubt about it. That’s why I encourage taking a picture of yourself every month. It helps get through that mental issue when the scale isn’t moving.
Healthy as a horse. Blood work, urine sample, DNA test, everything checks out just fine. But thanks for your concern!
I understand weight loss isn’t linear. I have had my fair share of plateaus in my journey, believe me.
I can prove you wrong. I have had under 1000 calorie intake days for over a week straight, and not lost a pound.
1. Fair enough, but your still eating crap.
As someone who’s lost 200 lbs over the past 5 years, I can agree that it’s not the “diet” that helps, you have to change your lifestyle. I eat what I would call clean. I have 6 small meals a day consisting of small portions of lean protein and green veggies, we get a carb in the morning every morning, and we carb load…
100% disagree with this statement. I have tried the calorie deficit route, and it doesn’t work long term. Sure, you’ll lose for a week or so, but at some point your body is like “f-u, I need food”.
I would 100% disagree with this statement. It’s not expensive to eat healthy. It’s expensive to spend $8 on McDonald’s meal 3x a day, 7 days a week.
Peanut butter on both sides of the bread is the only way to go. When we would have our friends’ kids over at our house, they would all request pb&j, because I would make “The best ones ever”. If I had time, I’d toast the bread before hand, and that kicks things up to the next level. Melted gooey peanut butter.
I am anxiously awaiting the email from YouTube to say that it’s in the St. Louis area! Then I can ditch the Charter TV subscription, and just use their internet.
So say that this device has changed my life is an understatement. I was fortunate enough to know the product developer, and he let me get a beta version to test. It’s absolutely amazing! I mean, you put salt in it, you shake it, all while listening to Alanis Morissette’s “Your House” on repeat all day long.
Sorry, just seen your reply today. I don’t know if I am allowed to promo my trainer’s website here, and I don’t want to piss off the internet gods. Hit me up on Twitter @kirnkorner2001, and we can talk there :)
100% disagree with you there. It’s WHAT you are putting in, not the AMOUNT.
Been working with an online personal trainer for over 3 years. I do what he tells me to do. I get a new meal plan and exercise plan every other week.
