Toasted ravs, and Imo’s Pizza!

As a formerly large person (400+ lbs), flying was not comfortable for me or the person sitting next to me. I had to use the seat belt extender, and usually put the chair arm up. I felt horrible for the person next to me. Most of the time when we flew, we would buy 3 tickets for 2 of us (my wife was large too).

Is there an Android app in the works?

I just did a test on my phone (LGV10). I held the power button for 30 seconds, it didn’t shut down. I can’t test every other phone out there, but it appears that Prey has disabled the hardware functionality of the power button.

Prey doesn’t really do much more than that. It allows tracking, remote lock (with whatever password you want), remote wipe, etc. You can set a lock message like “Lost phone, please call xxx”. One nice thing is you can turn the camera(s) on to see where the phone might be, or who’s using it.

I have to use a 4 digit PIN (at minimum, I could use a alpha numeric password) on my work phone. It’s not that inconvenient to unlock it when needed. I am fortunate to also be able to use the fingerprint scanner, and I have become a fan of that.

Told ya that you’d see a difference. It’s almost impossible to see changes day to day. It’s weird to see things come up in my Facebook timeline from the past years, and just realize how far I’ve come. Then looking back at old pictures from events (weddings, anniversaries) is a real shocker.

Am I the only one on the planet that hasn’t gotten into audiobooks? I just can’t get the hang of it.

Awesome job! Clothes are a big indicator as well. Going from a size 56 waist to a size 38 has been interesting. I’ve had to buy LOTS of clothes over the past few years. I am not pleased about it, but Costco has been my friend since I am able to fit into their jeans now. Hard to beat a $14 pair of jeans.

What does your picture from 6 months ago look like next to your picture from today?

If you are in it for weight loss, be sure to take pictures. Once every 30 days seems to be a good time frame. You should see changes month to month that you won’t notice every day. I still see the big fat guy in the mirror every day even though I know I’m not. It’s hard to get over that after seeing it for so long.

Agreed. I’ve lost 180 lbs over the last 4 years. I can be doing so good, then one meal with a little salt in it, BAM 5 lb gain overnight. It comes off fast (a couple days for me), but it’s still disheartening when you see that gain.

Been rolling my clothes like this for years. I can fit twice as many clothes as my wife, and in a smaller suitcase. Works great. I pull out my bundle in the morning, unroll it, and done.

I ordered the 30 pack at 1:30 pm. Got the order confirmation, and just now received the shipping confirmation (2:00 pm).

My wife and I have found that mornings work best for us. The only excuse we have to not go to the gym in the morning is to sleep an extra hour. We can MAKE any excuse not to go to the gym in the evening. We also have a rule: if we work at our job, we work out; unless we are ill. Typically we don’t go on the weekends.

Yes! We just purchased a new mattress about a year ago actually. We really love our waterbed. The only downfall is travelling. Sleeping on a conventional mattress is uncomfortable sometimes.

Having a waterbed makes tasks like this very cumbersome. However, we love getting in a nice warm bed in the cold winter months.

Someone needs to make an app for this! Pretty please!
