Just remember, your body has a pretty good filter for cleaning the things that go in our mouths. We eat hot dogs.

These are awesome. Less bulky than the Yeti or equivalent, and they work just as well. We have several floating around in vehicles and the house. We have given them as gifts to friends who have swiped ours for a weekend camping trip. They used to make an adapter for beer bottles as well, essentially a rubber sleeve

If I have a direct question that needs a response, I give a person 24 hours to respond. If I haven’t heard back from them in a timely manner, they get this. I usually get a response immediately.

I tried a Godfather for the first time a couple weeks ago. 1 part scotch, 1 part amaretto, serve over ice. Tasty and potent!

I was behind a guy at Costco the other day. Didn’t start loading the belt until the person in front of him was completely checked out and heading to the door. Wouldn’t hand his membership card to the cashier until he was done loading his overloaded cart full of items. Then when it came time to pay, he handed the

We have one of those coolers and it’s horrible. The only convenient things about it is it folds flat for storage, and that access hatch on the top. It doesn’t hold ice, it leaks, pretty much the worst cooler I have ever owned.

I am hoping that’s $100-300 a month, not per hour. Our trainer has a monthly rate, not an hourly rate.

My wife and I have been using an online personal trainer for almost 3 years now. Love it, and would recommend our guy to anyone. He cares, has a huge heart, he loves what he does, and he is EXTREMELY affordable.

Loving this series! Thank you!

There really needs to be a sarcasm font type. I have tried to italicize text in email, but that doesn’t work for text messaging. The phone people, Facebook, Twitter, and the rest of the internet need to get together and make a sarcasm font.

That’s a great click-bait article. Did you actually bother to read it?

I’ve read plenty, thank you. You don’t lose 170 lbs without some questions along the way. I’ve learned a lot over the last 3.5 years, and I have gained my life back. I know what works and what doesn’t. Maybe I’m abnormal, but it’s also working for my wife who’s lost 161 lbs in the same time, and I also know many

If you actually read the entire article instead of the click-bait title, he did also consume vegetables and took vitamin supplements.

So why don’t we all eat 3 boxes of Twinkies every day and then spend 3 hours on the treadmill working it off? Because the calories in vs calories out method doesn’t work!

That’s awesome for the rats! Last time I checked, I’m not a rat.

Care to take me up on a challenge?

We are going to have to agree to disagree. All I can say is from personal experience that wasn’t the case for me. Believe me, I tried several methods until I found one that worked.

I completely disagree with you. Feed your body good stuff, it will return you with good stuff. A calorie is not equal across all foods.

You need something to start your metabolism going. The key is to start the metabolism, then keep feeding it all day. Breakfast (the right breakfast that is) is very important. Even if it’s a protein shake or bar of some kind, just do it.

As someone who’s lost 170 lbs over the last 3.5 years, I can attest to most of these.
